ProX is a Real World Learning initiative providing summer professional experiences for high school students.
Sobre nosotros
The problem is a lack of customer involvement and awareness due to the newness of the service. This results in missed opportunities to establish a loyal customer base, word-of-mouth recommendations, and sustained growth. Our solution is to redesign social media presence, and boosting advertising of the mission near the area.
Our main audience is the customers that need to be made aware of the shop/the mission. The value of our solution would strengthen the organization and the mission. The next steps needed would be to talk to the owner about her ideas to improve.
