ProX is a Real World Learning initiative providing summer professional experiences for high school students.
Sobre nosotros
The National Congress of Black Women is a non profit organization that focuses on socially and politically uplifting black women.
Problema
The National Congress of Black Women is having problems with membership growth and retention.
Solución
My solution is to implement a social gathering called “Chat & Chew”. The event would bring attention to NCBW and help to market their mission statement in efforts to gain more members.
Mercado objetivo
The main people affected by this problem are the community. Due to lack of exposure, the organization isn’t that well known.
Impacto social
Our solution bings value to current and future users because it will provide a way for organization members and community members to connect.
Próximos pasos
The next steps to make this idea a reality would be advertising it and gathering funding to launch. Making fliers and promoting all specific details for the event.

Our work has made us much better listeners and communicators. Working so closely with our employers helped us gain many skills.

We are not currently accepting contributions from our voters. This pitch is part of the ProX competition for $5,000. The money will be used for the budget setup for Chat & Chew. Any additional money besides what’s needed for budget will just be added to the event to help grow it by adding more things to it.
