Semester Challenge: How will my business ensure legal compliance?
Business Law students are challenged to develop and refine a pitch explaining how their selected business will ensure legal compliance. Each student has chosen a business connected to their personal interests, which will serve as the focus of their legal study throughout the semester.
Students will build their pitches over time, demonstrating how their business will comply with relevant laws such as contracts, employment, consumer protection, intellectual property, and liability. This competition page will be used to share pitches and collect feedback and comments from classmates and community partners.
From April 20–27, students will publicly share their pitches, exchange feedback, and earn tokens. Any pitch that earns at least 20 tokens during the semester will receive a prize, allowing multiple students to succeed. Through this process, students will strengthen their legal reasoning, business planning, and professional communication skills while engaging with real-world perspectives from community partners.
Sobre nosotros
I chose this business, because I didn't know what to choose but I do have a laser engraver so I was just curious, and I chose this class to study business law, because my family already owns a business. I just wanted to get a head start on my knowledge on law so I can become a lawyer.
Problema
Well the business would sell custom projects like cups, mugs, invitations and ill propably be a sole propriatorship because I know that one the best
what are your duties as a business and a business owner?
probably to make sure my items get to the buyer in one piece
what type of damages can your neglect cause?
That could possibably end in me not getting paid or even sued
