ProX is a Real World Learning initiative providing summer professional experiences for high school students.
Sobre nosotros
1. The problem is that NCBW is struggling wit visibility and the marketing aspect that comes with it. My solution is to create a tiktok to encourage our youth audiences, get a weekly schedule for community updates, and lastly get into the schools to help increase youth engagement. Our main audience is African American women and their children. The value of my solution would bring awareness to The National Congress of Black Women by expanding the community awareness and improving their marketing value. The next steps would be to establish a fully committed marketing team, ask for the community’s help in following and supporting NCBW social pages, and lastly asking for funding for a Social Media Manager.
