ProX is a Real World Learning initiative providing summer professional experiences for high school students.
Sobre nosotros
The Problem that we are solving is that high schoolers are not interested in Municipal jobs in the City of lenexa. Our question that we made was how might we persuade high schoolers to consider Lenexa Municipal jobs? Our Solution is to have lenexa invest in select schools by having municipal representatives inform and educate as well as give then an idea on what city careers look like. Our main audience are high schoolers, teachers, and city workers. The next steps to achieve our solution is to talk to teachers and counselors about how we want representatives from each department to come in and talk to the high schoolers at that school.
