ProX is a Real World Learning initiative providing summer professional experiences for high school students.
About
SuperDispatch is an all in one technological platform that digitized the logistical process of the car hauling industry. SuperDispatch is backed by real people who want to make car haulers’ lives easier.
Part 1:
The failed transactions department is not as efficient as it could be. The job is tedious and time consuming, and could be fixed through an update on the app.
Part 2:
An update to the SuperDispatch platform that would notify SuperDispatch users when their financial accounts have failed would make the lives of car haulers and SuperDispatch employees easier. Rather than having to answer a phone call while on the road, car haulers will be able to update their accounts as soon as they receive a notification on their phone.
Part 3:
Both car haulers/ SuperDispatch users, and SuperDispatch employees.
Part 4:
Ultimately, an update to the app is just one step in making SuperDispatch a more effective platform. It would have a long lasting impact, and would largely assist in the process of keeping SuperDispatch efficient as its user base continues to grow.
Next Steps
To make our solution a reality, our ask is to hire app developers who will work in liaison with our engineers.
Other Information
Working at SuperDispatch has furthered my business skillset in every way. I’ve learned how to use financial tools such as Tableau and Excel, I’ve learned how to directly talk with customers without being nervous, and most importantly, I’ve learned that if you are surrounded by people who are passionate about the company they work at, that passion will spread to you too- regardless of what that company does.
