Competition Brief
Enterprise and Design is a program where students get regular high school credits but are earning it through client connected projects. We match them with industry professionals (clients) and they work with teams to complete real world projects with actual problems that those clients need to have solved and they come up with solutions and pitch those ideas.
About
Blue Tigers: Are We There Yet?: JoVaan A, Nadia V
Problem
Our subject matter experts, Heather Edwards and Molly McAndrews, registered nurses at St. Lukes, challenged us to learn more about cancer why it hasn't been cured.
Solution
We researched the cures and how what they do for the body. For our showcse, we are creating a slideshow about what we learned about cures for cancer.
Audience | Target Market
Learning Outcomes | Community Impact
Our audience will knowo more about how cancer forms in your body and ways you can prevent it.
Next Steps
We still need to research more ways to prevent cancer.
Reflection | Other Info
Our team has done a great job communicating and working together. We've been challenged by getting distracted and have worked on that by ignoring distractions.
Resource | Support Needs
We only ask that people attend our showcase on June 29 from 9:30-10:30 and 12:00-1:00. Business partners interested in working with our students on future projects, please contact our Director of Community Partnerships, Jake Wingo, at jake.wingo@raypec.org.

This was a fantastic pitch! You showed how informed you are about the market space you are entering by understanding and adding in the gamification that comes with your mascot.

Your video is grate and shows how much work you have put in to a Cotten candy business! I did get lost when reading the written submission as it covers skin care products and not cotton candy. This discrepancy made the pitch unclear but a simple update and clarification would get you back on track in no time.
