ProX 是一项真实世界学习计划，为高中生提供暑期专业体验。

关于我们

BNIM 是一家为公司建造优质独特建筑的建筑公司。BNIM 的客户不仅拥有舒适的工作氛围，还拥有艺术感十足的建筑设计，供参与业务的员工和社区周围的人们欣赏。BNIM 为社区带来了价值，因为他们为人们建造了工作空间，并且凭借其富有创意的设计，他们为一个地区增添了个性，并为旁观者提供了一个赏心悦目的场所。

问题

我的团队正在努力解决可负担住房的问题。材料成本不断上涨，因此建筑师很难负担得起建造房屋的费用。反过来，住房成本也在上涨，使人们更难购买房屋。

解决方案

我们的解决方案是预制模块化房屋。这是最好的解决方案，因为它允许建筑师以经济实惠的价格建造房屋并将其出售给社区居民。它还使房屋更容易建造，使建筑工人的手工工作更轻松。

目标市场

可获得房屋问题主要影响的人群是建筑师和购房者。

社会影响

未来，更多的家庭将能够买得起房子。建筑师将能够找到更多方法来改善模块化房屋。由于模块化房屋采用环保材料制成，因此对地球更有利。

下一步

为了将我们的想法变为现实，我们需要更多的建筑公司转向预制房屋，并帮助利用我们现有的物流中心。

我们的学校和学区

这项工作对我影响很大，因为现在我对预制房屋有了更多的了解，也对建筑师近期的关注点有了些了解。我的管理能力提高了，能够自信地与团队沟通并领导团队。通常，由于压力，我非常不愿意担任领导角色。通过这项工作，我能够有效地学习如何领导一个团队，这样一个人就不会做所有的工作，我们所有人都能达成共识。

我们目前不接受投票者的捐款。此推介是 ProX 竞赛的一部分，奖金为 5,000 美元。如果我的这个想法获得了资助，我会联系 BNIM 并将其交给他们，这样他们就可以将我们的想法变为现实。

Great products and it sounds like you already have a business going and could grow it even more! Hello! I love your idea. I know young people love cotton candy and to make a product that caters to children with allergies but still allows them to enjoy a sweet treat is fun, innovative and demonstrates and amazing level of creativity and empathy. Please keep up the amazing work.
