ProX is a Real World Learning initiative providing summer professional experiences for high school students.

The problem is employee retention and wellness. As employee wants and needs for the workspace changes, so should the workspace. Bringing awareness of how new ideas can positively impact your employees, is key to keeping employees and boosting overall productivity. The solution to this problem is to adapt to the employee values that will overall benefit the company and keep employee wellness in mind. For example, apply hybrid options for working or breaks that are meant for decompression. The audience is the current and future employees of the office workforce. This audience would feel valued in their options and more probable to stay in their field of work. The next step would be to gain the budget for new programs and time to properly organize everything and see the turnout in productivity and new programs usage.
