我们正在解决增加人员的问题，同时为我们的组织筹集资金并保持可访问性。我们的解决方案是一个由三个不同部门组成的志愿者计划：家长志愿者、人才志愿者和行政志愿者。它包括寻找和接受资助的行政志愿者、宣传和吸引人们对该计划的关注的家长志愿者以及帮助上课和教学生的人才志愿者。我们的主要受众是家长、其他与使命一致的组织以及那些从事营销、广告和筹集资金的人。我们的下一步将是宣传志愿者计划，寻找与我们类似的组织，看看他们是否愿意提供帮助。

This was a fantastic pitch! You showed how informed you are about the market space you are entering by understanding and adding in the gamification that comes with your mascot.

Your video is grate and shows how much work you have put in to a Cotten candy business! I did get lost when reading the written submission as it covers skin care products and not cotton candy. This discrepancy made the pitch unclear but a simple update and clarification would get you back on track in no time.
