نحن نعمل على حل مشكلة زيادة عدد الموظفين مع بناء التمويل لمنظمتنا والحفاظ على إمكانية الوصول. يتمثل حلنا في برنامج تطوعي يتكون من ثلاثة قطاعات مختلفة: متطوعو الآباء، ومتطوعو المواهب، والمتطوعون الإداريون. ويشمل ذلك المتطوعين الإداريين الذين يبحثون عن المنح ويتلقونها، ومتطوعو الآباء الذين يعلنون عن البرنامج ويجذبون الانتباه إليه، ومتطوعو المواهب الذين يساعدون في تدريس الفصل وتعليم الطلاب. جمهورنا الرئيسي هو الآباء والمنظمات الأخرى التي تتوافق مع مهمتها، وأولئك الذين يعملون في مجال التسويق والإعلان والحصول على التمويل. ستكون خطواتنا التالية هي الإعلان عن برنامج المتطوعين والعثور على منظمات مماثلة لمنظمتنا ومعرفة ما إذا كانت ستساعد.
