ProX is a Real World Learning initiative providing summer professional experiences for high school students.

Dr. Deana Ervin is the CEO & founder of Black and College Bound- a non profit youth organization specializing in helping people of color to be successful in the real world. They also support college readiness for college students, high school students, and parents.

Get the next generation to be successful and get jobs. To help parents know what they need to do with their children to be successful for life after high school.

We are going to introduce the Next Level Box. This box will have 3 levels- basic, mid and high. These boxes will contain all the information that young people need to get to their next level of preparation.

We work with K-12, but mostly with high school students for post high school readiness.

We are not currently accepting contributions from our voters. This pitch is part of the ProX competition for $5,000. We would need about $7,000 to create the boxes.
