Overview
Semester Challenge: How will my business ensure legal compliance?
Business Law students are challenged to develop and refine a pitch explaining how their selected business will ensure legal compliance. Each student has chosen a business connected to their personal interests, which will serve as the focus of their legal study throughout the semester.
Students will build their pitches over time, demonstrating how their business will comply with relevant laws such as contracts, employment, consumer protection, intellectual property, and liability. This competition page will be used to share pitches and collect feedback and comments from classmates and community partners.
From April 20–27, students will publicly share their pitches, exchange feedback, and earn tokens. Any pitch that earns at least 20 tokens during the semester will receive a prize, allowing multiple students to succeed. Through this process, students will strengthen their legal reasoning, business planning, and professional communication skills while engaging with real-world perspectives from community partners.

Ever since I was a kid I've loved to shop for clothes that I liked. I went to thrift stores with my parents throughout my entire childhood so I knew they had cheap vintage clothes that were previously owned. I thought that it would be a good idea to try and salvage some cool, old, clothes, and resell them to my friends or the neighborhood.

An LLC would be the best decision for my business because it provides liability protection for members, ideal for growing ventures while maintaining operational flexibility. This would help my grow and keep my business safe even while i'm busy with my other hobbies.
As a business owner, my duties are to keep supply up, making sure deliveries are delivered, quality is the same in person if not better.
حل
An LLC is built around being a well operating machine that is very flexile and protects all members involved.
