ProX is a Real World Learning initiative providing summer professional experiences for high school students.

The problem is that only SOME of the registered individuals actually show up to our EducaTec class. Our solution includes an additional platform of communicating, recorded sessions for those who were registered but missed one class throughout the program, incentives, and a laptop incentive. These would all raise awareness of the program and motivate individuals to show up to the class. Our main audience is the Hispanic community, the class is targeted and structured for parents who have kids and are in lack of access to technology and digital . The training program provides child watch, so parents can focus on the curriculum. The next steps needed would be to boost awareness of EducaTec implementing these strategies to have the attendance rate of the class be greater.
