Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, transmit, distribute, or use any part of the platform content without prior written permission from Nextpitch.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users who submit content (such as business pitches, profile images, or written descriptions) retain ownership of their original work. However, by submitting such content, users grant Nextpitch a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

  • Use

  • Display

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Promote

  • Adapt (for technical formatting)

solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the platform.

Users must ensure that their submissions do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

 

3. Copyright Infringement and DMCA Compliance

Nextpitch respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us immediately.

To file a claim, include:

  • Your name and contact information

  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed

  • The specific URL or location on our platform of the infringing content

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

4. Misuse and Consequences

Users who repeatedly submit infringing content or violate this Copyright Notice may have their accounts suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.
