Over the past five weeks, ProX Participants have worked with one of our 120+ employers to solve real-world problems within their company or industry. They have engaged with human-centered design to create viable, feasiable solutions. Below are all of the pitches from the 2024 ProX experience. About
The ambulatory administration and quality improvement department at Children's Mercy observed and surveyed several outpatient clinics and healthcare roles. This submission is a live pitch presentation.
Part 1:
Communication issues due to software deficits, causing inconsistencies and lack of confidence in patients.
Part 2:
Develop an alert system to notify necessary staff of patient status changes and improve communication.
Part 3:
Children's Mercy staff and patients
Part 4:
Improved communication and patient confidence in healthcare services.
Next Steps
Create a mockup, test, and implement the alert system.
