Welcome to the SMSD Student Chamber's Business Showcase! This is an inspiring business competition designed to highlight PK-12 students who run REAL businesses in the Shawnee Mission School District. The top five business owners with the most votes and highest judge ratings will present their business ideas to a panel of esteemed judges and a vibrant audience on April 30.
Awards at the live April 30 Business Showcase are:
1st Place: $1,100
2nd Place: $600
3rd Place: $300
Students are challenged to answer the following questions with their pitch:
Part 1: Describe the problem and products/services that you are selling (including pricing).
Part 2: Describe your target market.
Part 3: Customer Reach/Channels
Part 4: Competition and what makes you different?

About
My mother and I really enjoy baking. We would love to sell baked goods and help out whoever is hungry during the day.
Part 1:
Students and elderly could be hungry during the day and they might not have easy acces to something to eat.
We sell baked goods, cookies brownies, cake, cupcakes and e.t.c.
Less than $20 for two people and are all at affordable price.
Donuts $5
Muffins $10
Cakes $35
Eclaires $30
Cookies$10
Donuts $15
Brownies $10
Part 2:
Our target market includes people who are in high school and elderly people my mom would know. Ages 15-60 stay in Lenexa and Olathe.

We reach our customers by-

We would ask the community to help us make enough to start a bakery in a building.
