ProX is a Real World Learning initiative providing summer professional experiences for high school students.
About
The problem is that are employer wants to increase employee engagement while also increasing attendance at company events. Our solution includes a weekly meeting with manager to make them feel valued and appreciated while also having a employee engagement committee to focus on events. The value of my solution is that it makes every employee feel valued and changes their perspective of the workplace. From being a boring place and somewhere you just work to a place with friends and somewhere you enjoy being at. The next steps is simply just implementing the idea since it has already been approved and has no cost.

Hello! I love your idea. I know young people love cotton candy and to make a product that caters to children with allergies but still allows them to enjoy a sweet treat is fun, innovative and demonstrates and amazing level of creativity and empathy. Please keep up the amazing work.
