About
I have always watched my mom create desserts and many kinds of food it has inspired me to create my own business falling in love with making my own desserts. I have always loved baking and making treats. By creating Angie's Berries it has helped me realize how much joy it has given me making customer satisfied from our outcome of these desserts.
Problem
People giving basic and bland gifts to their family and friends that have no special meaning behind.
Solution
Solves the problem of giving basic bland gifts, by making our dessert themed and personalized to our customer liking .
Audience | Target Market
Young adults who are shopping for special occasions, for example for valentines day I had a a customer looking for a couple chocolate covered treats for his girlfriend and he had gotten her milk chocolate covered desserts with red drizzle with heart shape chocolate in the middle of the strawberries to go along with the special day.
Learning Outcomes | Community Impact
Angie's Berries promotes creativity and individuality by giving people the ability to make their desserts be personal to them. Which encourages people to express themselves through our desserts. Our message is to inspire people to be themselves.
Next Steps
Reflection | Other Info
Learning how to maintain chocolate at one single consistency was one of my main struggles. Not knowing what chocolate brand was better for the way I work, over time I got the hang of it and have gotten the perfect brand that has helped me work faster and better keeping chocolate from breaking off in one bite.
