Over the past five weeks, ProX Participants have worked with one of our 120+ employers to solve real-world problems within their company or industry. They have engaged with human-centered design to create viable, feasiable solutions. Below are all of the pitches from the 2024 ProX experience. About Us
We work in the Human Resources Department under the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Problem
Language barriers prevent the Spanish-speaking community in Kansas City from accessing health insurance.
Solution
Biliteracy training in Spanish for customer service representatives and increased Spanish advertisements.
Target Market
Spanish-speaking community and health insurance customers.
Societal Impact
Improved access to health insurance and business inclusivity.
Next Steps
Arrange funding for language programs and increased advertising, and collaborate on bilingual advertisements.
