They have engaged with human-centered design to create viable, feasiable solutions. Below are all of the pitches from the 2024 ProX experience. About
We work in the Human Resources Department under the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Problem
Language barriers prevent the Spanish-speaking community in Kansas City from accessing health insurance.
Solution
Biliteracy training in Spanish for customer service representatives and increased Spanish advertisements.
