Competition Brief
About
Design Ranch is a studio that works to revamp or birth a company’s brand. Through their creative process, businesses are able to connect their values and ideas with images and text that represent them.
Problem
Greenspace is a brand that seeks contract owners and large business owners to work towards creating more environmentally friendly buildings. They are lacking an aesthetic that appeals to their audience.
Solution
My partner and I created two different brand directions that potentially suit the brand’s identity. Although Greenspace is being provided with two different approaches so the company will be able to decide which prototype they want to revise and perfect for further branding.
Audience | Target Market
Greenspace wants to attract contractors and large business owners dedicated to improving building performance while reducing climate impacts. They also aim to make people aware of the importance of creating more climate-friendly environments.
Learning Outcomes | Community Impact
By using our branding ideas, Greenspace will be able to create a recognizable, unique identity in different communities. In the future, the brand has the potential to grow because it is easily identified.
Next Steps
After reviewing their options, Greenspace will decide which direction they want to go in, and go forward with rebranding their company.
Reflection | Other Info
In this experience, I stepped out of my comfort zone and pushed my creativity to meet the needs of a company’s desired brand.
I’ve learned more about InDesign and Adobe Illustrator and how to simplify my designs.
Resource | Support Needs
We are not currently accepting contributions from our voters. This pitch is part of the ProX competition for $5,000. We will use the money to retrieve the supplies to bring Greenspace’s brand to life.

This was a fantastic pitch! You showed how informed you are about the market space you are entering by understanding and adding in the gamification that comes with your mascot.

Your video is grate and shows how much work you have put in to a Cotten candy business! I did get lost when reading the written submission as it covers skin care products and not cotton candy. This discrepancy made the pitch unclear but a simple update and clarification would get you back on track in no time.
