ProX is a Real World Learning initiative providing summer professional experiences for high school students.
About
The problem is there is not a lot of youth involvement because it is difficult to get involved. Our solution includes an advocacy group plan. This will allow for the youth to get more involved and make it easier to hear about what is going on in the community. Our main audience as stated above is the youth. as defined by Our Spot KC the youth is 18-24 year olds. the next step needed to make this come to life is actually implementing the plan we wrote out and testing it with the general public.
Part 1:
Lack of youth involvement due to difficulty in getting involved.
Part 2:
An advocacy group plan to facilitate youth involvement.
Part 3:
Youth aged 18-24 years.
Part 4:
Increased youth involvement and awareness about community issues.
Next Steps
Implement the plan and test it with the general public.
