About
The Jegna Klub's mission is to build a community of individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are economically independent and operating in harmony. To support this mission, they provide elementary schoolers with positive adult role models, host a podcast for career exploration, and offer an internship program for youth interested in communications.
Problem
The Jegna Klub wants to gain more engagement from youth between the ages of 12 and 22 both, on social media and in their internship program.
Solution
In order to get more youth to interact with and learn more about the Jegna Klub, the organization needs to cater their social media presence toward youth, and create a podcast by youth and for youth. To create a more youth-friendly social media presence, we created a TikTok and focused on Instagram reels to promote both the organization and their podcast.
Audience | Target Market
The Jegna Klub's target audience is youth age 12-22 because this is an influential time in their life, and the Jegna Klub wants to help them with college, career, and work experience through their internship program.
Learning Outcomes | Community Impact
By adapting The Jegna Klub's social media pages to appeal to youth, the organization will be able to reach out to them and provide information about their career exploration podcast and internship program. Creating a podcast that is hosted by their peers will appeal to youth more and get them more connected with the organization.
Next Steps
Although our time as Jegna Klub interns is at an end, The Jegna Klub plans to bring on new interns when the school year starts. These interns will continue the youth podcast we created the pilot for. One intern will be a designated social media manger to curate The Jegna Klub's social media to appeal to the youth.

We have had the opportunity to work in professional environments with a group of our peers, and strengthened our skills in marketing, broadcasting, design, and journalism.

We are not currently accepting contributions from our voters. This pitch is part of the ProX competition for $5,000. $500 will go to the salary of the social media manager, advertising on TikTok will cost $28/month, and advertising on Instagram will cost $26.80/month.

Your video is grate and shows how much work you have put in to a Cotten candy business! I did get lost when reading the written submission as it covers skin care products and not cotton candy. This discrepancy made the pitch unclear but a simple update and clarification would get you back on track in no time.
