About
Briefly, this presentation is about how we as interns improved the overall efficiency of operations at CLVR.WORLD Goods and Supplies. 3 of the main focuses presented to us in the early weeks of our month were a website, inventory, and social exposure. The website was outdated, and inventory was recorded in a notebook. During our five weeks to improve inventory we created an inventory google sheet to record what we have in stock. The sheet also recorded items sold and given away. The inventory is completely color coordinated, easy to read, and easy to make numeral modifications. Later in our weeks we also developed/updated the Shopify/website. Week during week two we did our first vending event and week three followed up with another event. During our vending, we even showed off our aesthetic setup and charismatic sales skills to not only make sales but make a name for ourselves. Over the weeks we also created inventory. From day one we began printing shirts adding to the stock of shirts. 12 hands being better than 2, we printed a surplus of apparel for the brand.
