About
Hi, my name is Anna Dziadosz! I am a current sophomore at Shawnee Mission South HS. My business, Fairy Floss by Anna provides cotton candy catering for social events. I created Fairy Floss by Anna for it to be inclusive of those with food allergies and dietary restrictions while also showing young girls that they can be an entrepreneur too.
Problem
It can be extremely hard for consumers with food allergies and dietary restrictions to find food that caters to their need.
Solution
Cotton candy is extremely allergy friendly. It’s kosher, vegan, halal, tree nut and gluten free, impacting some of the most common dietary restrictions.
Audience | Target Market
Our target market is Millennial families due to them having younger children under the age of 18, meaning we can cater more social events including such as church, school and neighborhood events, grad parties, birthday parties and holiday parties.
Learning Outcomes | Community Impact
Next Steps
Our next step is to continue to network our service out to people by posting on our social media and building up connections through social events.
Reflection | Other Info
Resource | Support Needs
The funds will pay for machine maintenance including extension cords, cleaning supplies, fuses and new domes. I would also use contributions for gas money and sugar floss.
