About

My name is DeJay. I am at Shawnee Mission Northwest and my business name is Dynamic Journey (Dynamicjourney.org). We sell and create customizable hoodies, shirts and merchandise.

Problem

Lack of Personalization
Many consumers feel frustrated by the limited options in mainstream fashion that fail to reflect their individual personality, passions, or interests.

Low Quality in Custom Products
Existing custom apparel brands often produce cheap-feeling, low-quality hoodies and shirts, leaving customers dissatisfied.

Solution

Custom Designs
Heat-pressed original graphics on 100% premium cotton apparel.

Personalized Style
Each piece tells a unique story through bold, expressive design.

High Quality
Durable, vibrant, and made to reflect individual journeys.

Built for the Bold
Clothing that reflects your journey, passion, and personality.

Learning Outcomes  |  Community Impact

Passion for Purpose: I built this brand to make people feel seen, heard, and confident through custom clothing.

Living the Journey: My entrepreneurial path reflects the same bold self-expression I offer through my designs.

Design with Impact: I’m committed to using fashion as a tool for creativity, connection, and personal transformation.

Next Steps

What I need is more inventory for my business and a cricket cutter for my hoodies and shirt designs.

 Reflection  |  Other Info

What went well was me talking about how I can help my business grow and help me grow as a person. What I had trouble with was thinking of the right things to say when it comes to something very important for me.

This was a fantastic pitch! You showed how informed you are about the market space you are entering by understanding and adding in the gamification that comes with your mascot.

Your video is grate and shows how much work you have put in to a Cotten candy business! I did get lost when reading the written submission as it covers skin care products and not cotton candy. This discrepancy made the pitch unclear but a simple update and clarification would get you back on track in no time.
