Our team is an awesome group of young people who try their very best. They also have read the 5th Agreement.
Part 1:
The problem is that people are taking other people's opinions personally. That is a distraction.

The second agreement- ask questions, clarify, always do your best. Each day is a new opportunity to do our best.
