ProX is a Real World Learning initiative providing summer professional experiences for high school students.
About
The problem is that The Blakk Co needs more awareness and we chose to bring and grow our outreach to the black community. We have a twopoint planned out solution that we will execute. The first point is programming. We have decided to introduce and bring outreach by having a attraction called Culture Cube and a juniors program called Blakk Juniors Program. The culture cube is where we have fun games and activities for all people for mature ages and provide a safe and fun environment. We have already hosted the culture cube and will continue every week of the internship. The Blakk Juniors Program is a program the blakk co hosts every summer. It is a program that helps kids learn more about jobs that don't require college education while also bringing fun games and serious conversationsto the table. It is also meant to be a safe space for all teens. The second point of the plan is media. We have tried to grow our outreach by marketing our business through Instagram, The news, flyers, and Facebook. While growing our out reach reach we have been successful with getting the word across for both programs.
