About
The problem is that some KC area researchers do not apply for the BioNexus KC grant process because the data analysis within the annual report does not accurately reflect a full picture of the grant’s benefits to recipients and donors. Lack of additional applicants and donors will result in stagnancy of the program, leading to a generality of data and an inaccurate reflection of the communal impact BioNexus KC has on the healthcare research industry. My solution is to analyze and organize the data from the annual survey and add it into a visual graph. This graph will display the flow of the grant money and how it was administered back into the community or the KCMO life science industry. It will be placed within the annual report to show donors and grantees how the BioNexus KC grant process aided the KC health research industry. Our main audience is large health companies that could be potential donors, as well as, future grant applicants. The next step would be to review the data, decide how it should be displayed within the annual report, ask for funding, and potentially hire a graphic analyzer to design the data graph.

Lack of full understanding of the BioNexus KC grant process benefits to recipients and donors.

Analyze and organize the data from the annual survey into a visual graph for the annual report.

This was a fantastic pitch! You showed how informed you are about the market space you are entering by understanding and adding in the gamification that comes with your mascot.

Your video is grate and shows how much work you have put in to a Cotten candy business! I did get lost when reading the written submission as it covers skin care products and not cotton candy. This discrepancy made the pitch unclear but a simple update and clarification would get you back on track in no time.
