Competition Brief
ProX is a Real World Learning initiative providing summer professional experiences for high school students.
About
CBIZ is a national company that is provides a large number of services. These services are either grouped as benefits and insurance or financial services and most are considered advisory for businesses.
Problem
CBIZ is having difficulty gaining new clients with a lack of new technology in many areas, specifically marketing. One main group of clientele needed is startup tech companies.
Solution
The solution begins with researching start up companies. Next CBIZ will link a new way of insurance to clients with telemedicine. Finally, using social media and internet ideas, CBIZ will gain new clients and thus gain more money.
Audience | Target Market
CBIZ is affected as they have not found new clients. The startups are also affected as they have less access to fair employee benefits plans.
Learning Outcomes | Community Impact
Linking companies with more effective insurance allows for growth in both CBIZ and those companies. Because they are tech companies, their growth helps to make everyone else’s lives more efficient.
Next Steps
If our solution would be a reality, we would need to present to the national CBIZ team. Then utilizing their resources and personnel our idea would take place.
Reflection | Other Info
Working in a professional business environment has allowed us to grow and learn. We have new, exciting aspirations and can use the skills we learned with CBIZ throughout our lives.
Resource | Support Needs
We are not currently accepting contributions from our voters. This pitch is part of the ProX competition for $5,000. We would use 10,000 dollars towards LinkedIn and Search Engine presence, 7,000 dollars for sponsoring a conference, 5,000 dollars for social media advertisements, and 2,500 dollars for a summer research intern.

Hello! I love your idea. I know young people love cotton candy and to make a product that caters to children with allergies but still allows them to enjoy a sweet treat is fun, innovative and demonstrates and amazing level of creativity and empathy. Please keep up the amazing work.
