I care about the environment so for me an idea that would make the world a better place would be a government agency which week to week goes around cleaning lakes and pays others to keep oceans and other water bodies clean.

Your video is grate and shows how much work you have put in to a Cotten candy business! I did get lost when reading the written submission as it covers skin care products and not cotton candy. This discrepancy made the pitch unclear but a simple update and clarification would get you back on track in no time.
