ProX is a Real World Learning initiative providing summer professional experiences for high school students.
About
The occupation of a caretaker is well underestimated despite their countless responsibilities. At All Yours Home Health Services employees struggle to clock in and out of their shifts daily because of how occupied they are. As a result, l've proposed an updated clocking system called CareTap. This is an app that allows workers to enter their shifts with just a tap on their phone within a matter of seconds. Our primary audience includes employees of the company as well as the lives of the seniors they service. With this solution, we will also lessen issues for payroll.
Making the app valuable in improving time efficiency, employee satisfaction, and the amount of aid seniors received via Medicaid. To make this development go smoothly we would need time and funds to effectively train our employees on the usage of the app.

Caretakers struggle to clock in and out of their shifts.
