About
Our group is the Flying Buffaloes from Ray-Pec High School. Our project name is the Ray-Pec Hiring Mission. We are a team of five English 4 seniors tasked with helping our very own district hire quality teachers.
Part 1:
Our problem is that there are not enough high quality applicants applying to Ray-Pec. This can be for a number of reasons, people not being interested, not enough pay, and or it's confusing to apply and that our word is not out there enough. We have come together to fix this issue of recognition and confusion.
Part 2:
Our solution is to make a presentation table that can be used at colleges and such to spread our school's name. We are also going to update the official website to make it easier for applicants to apply to Ray-Pec.
Part 3:
Paraprofessionals and young people who are graduating or have already graduated college.
Part 4:
This will help Ray-Pec make a better, more reputable name and help better the school environment for everyone that goes here.
Next Steps
We need to begin constructing our website and presentation table so that they can actually be used. The school will need to buy some stuff for the presentation table but should be affordable and worth it in the end. We are now just waiting to make sure our project and all we want to do for it get accepted and paid for by the school.
Other Information
We were able to get it done fairly quickly and be able to present it with minimal technological issues. One issue persisted where everyone speaks and their voice can be heard but only one person is visible throughout the presentation. We do still believe our pitch presentation is more than acceptable and deserving of your vote. Thank you for your time in reading about our mission to better Ray-Pec
