Over the past five weeks, ProX Participants have worked with one of our 120+ employers to solve real-world problems within their company or industry. They have engaged with human-centered design to create viable, feasiable solutions. Below are all of the pitches from the 2024 ProX experience. About Us

Kansas City Parks & Recreation runs the summer camp program, aiming to make it more engaging and fun for campers and counselors. This submission is a live pitch presentation.

Problem

Not enough school-aged counselors to provide engaging activities for campers.

Solution

Increase counselor pay and offer more fun activities to attract school-aged counselors and improve the camp experience.
