Over the past five weeks, ProX Participants have worked with one of our 120+ employers to solve real-world problems within their company or industry. They have engaged with human-centered design to create viable, feasiable solutions. Below are all of the pitches from the 2024 ProX experience. About Us
Lead to Read KC supports the emotional, social, and reading skills necessary for student success. This submission is a live pitch presentation.
Problem
Limited number of volunteers for their Reading Mentoring Program.
Solution
Create school-centered spreadsheets and fliers to recruit volunteers and increase community presence.
Target Market
Kansas City elementary students
Societal Impact
Increased volunteer recruitment and expanded reach of the Reading Mentoring Program.

Distribute fliers and partner with after-school programs.
