They have engaged with human-centered design to create viable, feasiable solutions. Below are all of the pitches from the 2024 ProX experience. About
Laurie Vitale, owner of Ragusa Café food truck, offers Italian fare inspired by her Sicilian heritage. This submission is a tri-fold presentation.

Limited social impact and engagement with the Ragusa community.
