Over the past five weeks, ProX Participants have worked with one of our 120+ employers to solve real-world problems within their company or industry. They have engaged with human-centered design to create viable, feasiable solutions. Below are all of the pitches from the 2024 ProX experience. About Us
The City of Lenexa performs various functions including Human Resources, Legal, and Parks & Recreation. This submission is a live pitch presentation.
Problem
Pushback against the DEIB program and difficulty in scheduling events for city staff.
Solution
Implement ABIDE (Acknowledge: Belonging, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity) with a reward system and guest speakers to increase interest and engagement.
