ProX is a Real World Learning initiative providing summer professional experiences for high school students.
About
The problem is that the DE&I share point site needs to be updated to show that we are inclusive. Our solution includes moving DE&I events and pictures to the front page, having a language button on the page that can translate the website into whatever language you need, shortening the information given about ERG so that we don’t lose the attention of the audience, and have more social media focus. Our main audience is the leader of the DE&I group. The next steps needed would be to see if the share point site is able to do the changes that we want.
